Hi. I'm Jen, a San Francisco native.

I work in property management and rentals. I am also a realtor.

Many of you have me on speed dial pinging me with your special requests. Either as a tenant, as a landlord or even as an agent. And I've had the privilege to help scores of clients over the last decade plus.

This niche found me. I specialize in furnished, turnkey rentals in SF and the peninsula. I oversee and manage a collection of properties for private landlords. When the timing aligns, I have been able to make perfect matches. Some tenants are here just for a season. Some landlords travel just for a season. It is a unique but also predictable annual pattern.

I don't always have the opportunity to service every request. And I have always wished for this platform to exist. A marketplace with breadth and bandwidth to meet these timed needs.
